hits the airwave on June 15th 2000 in Port-de-Paix,Haiti.That
opening marks the dream of its owner: "Lou E. ARNE" for several
years of efforts in the field in the broadcast industry.This
communication tool has been developed in view provide to the
northwestians of Haiti and overseas as a lever for economic and
social development at large.Today,Radio Balade
broadcast its shows from #15,Sténio Vincent Street in Port de
Paix,the first Main town of the North West Region of Haiti on 102.3 FM
stereo and the first NorthWestian Haitian Radio station

Balade FM undertakes in case of disaster, danger in delay or
